Ongoing Project
The main question that drive my research is how can we understand and deal with uncertainties in perception and action. I am asking that how can we continue (or stop) doing (or perceiving) something while there are alternative available options.
Perception & Cognition:
A paper on how we continue to perceive things even when the scene remains unchanged. (such experience can be captured through ambiguous figures [see →]. A clear view can still feel precarious, as if it might slip away while you keep looking; I argue that this “sense of hold” tells us about seeing itself before it tells us anything about the world. )
A paper on perception-action interface (it can be attention or intention, but it can also be something else)

Collectivity & Action:
A paper on joint improvisation (arguing that it might be the default mode of joint action)
A paper on when to stop (the reason why we stop doing something might be as important as the reason why we start to do something)
Norms & Normativity:
A paper on pluralism of social norms explanation (social norms are too complex, there are many incomenserable dimensions of characterize social norm)
A paper on understanding social norm conformity from a Wittgensteinian perspective (how am I able to obey a rule? … if I have exhausted the justifications [PI. §217] )
